Everything started around the 1950’s, Antonio Lupi was 18 years old and lived in a small town called Fucecchio where he began a completely new business for the industrial area of the Val D’Arno: working sheets of glass for furnishings. The area was predominantly a tannery and shoe industry so qualified craftsman for the type of workmanship needed didn’t exist and banks were untrustworthy of such a new business not yet developed. Antonio Lupi and his workers, which had become professionals, resisted during the hard times with stubbornness. In 2007 after a year had passed from the death of Antonio and Mara, the company logo was redesigned to remember the graphics used for the original trademark. In 2008 the Milan showroom was inaugurated after which Perth, Chicago, Vienna, Miami and Munich followed quickly, continuing the company politics of care and attention to details, new and innovative proposals, tailor made products and complete professionalism.
